Ep. 005: The Hybrid Training Model

Episode 005 is another solo episode! This week, I’m diving deep into the details of the “hybrid” training model, which entails both sports performance training & skill development training all under on roof. This is a model and business structure that I’ve been using and loving the results the athletes are getting.

In this episode, we cover what the hybrid model looks like, who can implement it, how to implement it and some of the best practices coaches can use to make this business model work for them. We’ll look into sports science, contrast training, load management, relationship building and so much more!

Although I love interviewing awesome people from the industry, the solo episodes have been fun for me to do. I’m typically a more conversational person, so to get out of my comfort zone and do these has been a fun experience and I hope you enjoy them!
