My basketball offseason program is broken down to 3 phases:

  1. Force Maximization

  2. Power Production

  3. Max Velocity

In each phase, we have different key factors of programming, different adaptation goals, different exercise selection, and alter the volume/intensity of all of those variables.

I also dive into phase specific VBT ranges, speed & agility drills and give insight on how to lay our your programming splits and session structure. This is nearly an hour of coaching X’s and O’s that I’m excited to share. I hope you enjoy!
